Smart glasses were made popular by Google in 2013 when they released their version of the wearable technology. Smart glasses are not actually new technology, but they are beginning to catch up in this age and time and it’s not surprising, it looks as though we are in the age of wearable technology. Being able to always keep in contact with our gadgets or take them wherever we are going could be said to be the idea behind wearable technology.
The idea of killing one stone with two birds is also very related to this. So your glasses will not only help you to achieve 20/20 vision, but it would also help you contact Alexa, turn off or on your smartphone devices, make calls, and many much more. Prescription lenses give you an additional smart look. They can be adapted to a whole lot, for example, cameras, which could be hidden and serve as spy cameras or just help you make a record of the day’s activities.
Smart glasses are versatile, convenient, and can go anywhere and help you use your phone better without even having to bring the phone out of your pocket.

Another amazing quality about Senluo smart glasses is that the lens can be removed if you’d like so that you can fix yours. This is perfect for those who have one eye defect or the other.
In fact, you could call this a spy camera; it appears very normal and if one doesn’t look closely nothing will be discovered. It comes with a full 1080 HD camera, with a video resolution of 1920 x1080P, video frame of 30fps; these will help you take good-looking pictures.

KKcite Sunglasses Review:
This is like a many in one kind of glass. So it comes with a polarized screen to help reduce glare so that you can enjoy a walk in the sun. It also comes with Bluetooth 4.0, which you can use to connect to your phone (Apple/Android) or any other music-playing device. Now this particular feature, which is the music playing feature for me is the most exciting thing about this sunshade.
Instead of earphones for enjoying music, you have different technology. It is called bone conduction. So basically here’s how this works; instead of earphones with the music playing directly into your ear, you have bone conduction transducers. It’s on the handle of the glasses.
The transducer makes contact with your head via the glasses, and when music is played you hear the music via conduction or vibration. The music gets conducted from the bone to the auditory nerve.
The design of the glass is such that you can change the lens to prescription lenses or any other type if you so desire.

7 TheiaPro Review:
So most smart glasses come in the form of sunshades, some giving you the option to exchange the lenses with prescription lenses, while some others don’t offer the option. The TheiaPro by 7 differs from all the smart glasses we’ve reviewed so far in this regard, it is shaped like your normal prescription or reading glasses. However it comes with both the dark lens and the clear lens options, it all depends on what you want.
These smart glasses come with HD camera capabilities. The camera is situated on the left side of the glasses in front and it is very noticeable. It’s actually quite funny looking, but then again this is not an uncommon feature with smart glasses.
The HD camera comes with a 3 MP camera, 1080p Full HD Video recording, and comes with Memory of up to 32 GB and Wi-Fi Remote control. To work the camera all you need to depress the appropriate button. Bose Frames Review:
Glasses can be cool, attractive, and non-descript, now that’s what the Bose frames with amazing Bluetooth long-range. They are more like frames rather than glasses. So they are made such that they fit with other kinds of lenses, and they are also perfect for everyday wear. So not too long ago Amazon rolled out a line of devices, ring smart home security, Bose smart speakers, and of course these smart glasses.
These glasses are Alexa enabled, that is Alexa is always on with these pair of glasses, this, in my opinion, is the most noteworthy feature of these glasses. With your digital assistant with you all day, well you can control your smart home devices and other smart gadgets.
We were our glasses all day, almost irrespective of where we are. So these glasses offer a lot of conveniences. So you can set reminders, have your questions answered by the digital assistant and do all those things Alexa can do.

Vuzix Blade Review:
Okay, so the Vuzix blade is not the best-looking pair of glasses. It’s a reminder of Google glass and we all know how it ended. This doesn’t, however, take away anything from this glasses functionality.
This is not just a pair of smart glasses, it’s an AR-enabled pair of glasses. Exactly, the future is here now. It’s a neat concept if you ask me, imagine being able to see directions on your glasses to wear you are going, send texts with your glasses perhaps with a few blink of the eyes and of course, read your messages, that’s the idea behind AR glasses, we are not totally there yet, but we’ll get there.
Now the Vuzix blade sort of augments the use of your phone, quite close to the role your smartwatch plays. It helps you get information that your phone will give you without you even having to bring out your phone from your pocket. So with this pair of glasses, you can read your messages, see karaoke lyrics, get directions and even communicate with voice assistant software, all while your phone is in your pocket.
Not forgetting that this piece of hardware comes with a camera, it’s located on the right-hand side of the glass, and it comes with an LED indicator to signal that the camera is on.

Google Smart Glasses Review:
This piece of work looks like something from a sci-fi movie, and not surprisingly lots of tech geeks jumped on it at its first introduction. Google didn’t make the first smart glasses however they’ve been very instrumental in popularizing the technology.
Initially, it was only available for a select few, guys in tech and other developers. This was way back in 2013, that product was called the Google Explorer. However it didn’t do so well, first was for design issues, it looked very geeky and not everyone is a geek. It spent only 18 months and it had to be taken off the market. The Google Glass Explorer Edition XE V2 is a higher improved version of the first Google glass. It comes with 2G Ram for faster image processing.
It comes with hands-free picture taking. You can do this by voice activation, you can also take videos and surf the internet all while having your hands free. You can also instruct the glass to upload it to your social media while attaching captions all with voice commands.
This Google glass comes with a tweak in the form factor; therefore you can add prescription lenses to your Google glasses and still wear them.
